Up for sale is a totally out-of-this-world piece of artwork! As a part of my limited "Evolution of Music" series, this is a showcase of all kinds of different mediums of music. I did acrylic paint pours over a recycled record, a 72, cassette, and a CD - then I coated each in a layer of RESIN! The music pieces are all recycled and repurposed. Even the canvas is an acrylic pour, sealed with an iridescent varnish; giving it a terrific shimmer.
Hoping to share my love and reverence of music with the world! I hope the buyer will appreciate the steps I've taken to try to preserve and repurpose items into newly inspired pieces of art with a heavy nostalgic feeling.
